It fulfills its educational mission through airing local public affairs programs featuring voices seldom heard on radio, and broadcasting a diverse array of music, with a focus on new, local, independent, and experimental recordings. XRAY.FM also serves as a resource for training community members in radio, broadcasting, and digital media.
